Chicken pieces(washed and drained) –

Corn flour –

All purpose flour
(Maida) –

garlic
(crushed) –

Ginger
(A small piece, ground) –
Lime juice –

Instructions
For preparing yummy chilly chicken fry, first make a paste of eggs, maida and corn flour by adding little
water
.
Add drained chicken pieces to the paste and mix well.
Stir in crushed
garlic
,
ginger
and lime juice.
Mix well and marinate for one hour.
Heat
oil
in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces to a crispy brown color.
Chilly chicken fry is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
