Ingredients
- Rabbit(chopped) - 250 g
- garlic - 5 cloves
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Chicken stock cube - 1 no
- Spring onions(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Corn flour(As reqd) -
- Egg - 1 no
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chilly rabbit, mix together 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1/2 tsp each of black and white pepper powder, egg and corn flour to make a lump free batter.
- Marinate the rabbit with the above mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the rabbit till golden brown.
- Remove and drain the oil. Keep it aside.
- Grind garlic and chillies to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and sautT the above paste on low flame.
- Dissolve the chicken stock cube in one cup of boiling water and pour it into the pan.
- Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp of white pepper, 1/2 tbsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of soya sauce and 1 tsp of sugar.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Then add in the fried rabbit pieces.
- Allow it to cook for a few more minutes, until the gravy thickens.
- Add the chopped spring onions, mix it well and remove it from heat.
- Chilly rabbit is ready. Serve hot.
