Instructions
- For preparing chinese fried paneer, put the cubed paneer into a bowl.
- Add in the egg whites and 1/2 cup corn flour. Mix it well.
- Heat oil in a vessel and fry the paneer cubes till brown in colour. Remove and keep it aside.
- Pour this sauce in the onions and mix until the sauce becomes thick.
- Toss in the fried paneer and combine it gently. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes and remove it from the flame.
- Chinese fried paneer is ready. Serve immediately.
