Ingredients
- Fried Eggs - 4 nos
- Button Mushrooms(chopped) - 100 g
- Tomatoes(chopped, medium) - 4 nos
- Green chillies(large) - 4 nos
- garlic - 2 cloves
- Coriander leaves - 10-15 leaves
- Cumin(Jeera) - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg powder(Jathikka) - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Onion paste - 2 tbsp
- Corn flour(mixed in half cup of water) - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Ghee/Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add 2 tbsp of oil to a heated pan.
- To this, add chopped tomatoes and mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add corn flour and water mixture to this.
- Let it simmer till the gravy becomes thick. To this, add green chillies.
- Then place the fried eggs. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve with noodles or pasta.
