  • Mushroom(cut into halves) – 200gm
  • Corn flour – 2tsp
  • Soy sauce – 1tbsp
  • Chilli powder ¼tsp
  • Green chilies(finely chopped) – 1no
  • Garlic pods(finely chopped) – 6nos
  • Spring onion green(finely chopped) – 1cup
  • Oil tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Sweet chilli sauce – 1tsp
  • Water 1tbsp
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and green chillies. Stir for few seconds.
  2. Add mushrooms, salt and chilli powder. Stir for few minutes.
  3. Take 1 tbsp of water in a bowl. Add soy sauce and corn flour to it and mix well.
  4. Add 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce.
  5. Add the above mix to the pan and mix well.
  6. Add the green spring onion. Mix well.
