A special prawn recipe popular in Hunan province of China. Corn flour dusted
prawns
are lightly fried and cooked with
garlic
paste, chicken stock and other ingredients

Prawn –

Instructions
Remove the seed of green chilly and grind with
garlic
and half of the
onion
. Keep aside.
Dust the
prawns
with little
pepper powder
and corn flour. Fry till light brown and keep aside.
Mix together the chicken stock and soya sauce. Bring to boil till half.
Add the fried
prawns
,
capsicum
,
spring onion
and white wine. Bring to boil.
Now add the ground paste and boil till the sauce thickens.
sprinkle some white pepper power and serve hot.
Chinese
