  • Bittersweet chocolate(chopped) – 250g
  • Heavy cream 235g
  1. For preparing chocolate genache icing, first place the chocolate in a bowl. 2)Heat the cream in a small sauce pan over medium heat. 3)Bring the cream to a boil.
  2. When the cream has come to a boil, pour over the chopped chocolate, and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the ganache over the cake and pipe stars or flowers with butter cream icing once it is cooled.
  4. Chocolate ganache icing iss ready.
