Instructions
Wash and cut the ends of both the sides of the
cluster beans
. Then, cut the
cluster beans
into 1 inch long.
Heat
oil
in a kadai.
Splutter
mustard seeds
and
cumin seeds
.
Add chopped
onion
,
curry leaves
and
salt
.
Add
cluster beans
and
turmeric powder
. Stir well.
Cover with lid and allow to cook in low flame.
When done,add
chilli powder
,
turmeric powder
, thick curd and saute for 2 minutes.
Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
:- Serve with rice or chapati.
