Ingredients
Channa : 2 cups (cooked) –
Onion
: 1 no (slices) –
Garlic
: 5

Green chillies

Tomato
: 1 no (chopped) –

garam masala
: 1 tsp –
Coriander powder
: 1 tsp –
Cumin powder
: 1 tsp –
Turmeric Powder
: 1 tsp –
Chilli powder
: 1 tsp –
Coconut
milk
: 1 ½ cup –
Coriander leaves : few –
Salt
: as reqd –
Instructions
Cook the channa and keep aside.
Heat
oil
in a pan, fry
onion
,
garlic
,
ginger
and
garam masala
.
Saute about 2 minutes.3) Transfer this into a mixer. Add
turmeric
,
chilli powder
, coriander,
cumin powder
.
In the pan, heat
oil
. Add this
garam masala
and fry well. Saute till the
oil
clears on top.5) Add the
tomato
and
green chillies
.
Add the channa and 1 cup
water
.
Cook the masala well.9) When the
water
is thickened, add the
coconut
milk
and cook it.
