Ingredients
- Thick coconut milk - 250 ml
- Thin coconut milk - 250 ml
- Potatoes(peeled, cubed and cooked, medium) - 2 nos
- Chicken stock - 500 ml
- Siamese ginger(chopped, Galangal) - 1” piece
- Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
- Lemon grass(crushed) - 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf(broken, Karuga ela) - 1 no
- Tofu(cubed) - 100 gm
- Lemon juice - 1 lemon
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add in the thick coconut milk, pepper powder, lemon-grass, cooked potatoes, bay leaf and tofu. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with salt and lemon juice. Remove it from the flame.
