  1. For preparing coconut mousse pudding, mix condensed milk, milk, sugar and water. Keep it in low flame and remove when it starts to boil.
  2. Melt the china grass in flame.
  3. Pour it in milk mixture,
  4. Add cream and vanilla essence into milk.
  5. Filter and pour this mixture into a pudding tray.
  6. Freeze it for 30 minutes.
  7. Roast coconut in flame and remove from flame when it turns brown in color.
  8. Garnish the pudding with fried coconut.
