- Boneless pork(finely chopped with lard) - 2 cups
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Meat masala powder - 3 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing coconut pork dry, heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper powder.
- Add in the potatoes, onions, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, meat masala powder and salt. Mix it well with a very little water.
- Close the lid and allow the pork and the potatoes to cook.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and vinegar.
- Coconut pork dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
