Ingredients
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Cauliflower(cut into florets) - 1 cup
- Yam(peeled and cubed, Chena) - 1/2 cup
- Green peas(cooked) - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(peeled and cubed) - 1/2 cup
- Beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- garlic(finely chopped) - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs
- Dalda(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing coconut vegetable gravy, heat dalda in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.
- Add in chaat masala, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Pour required water and allow the veggies to cook.
- Then add in the pepper powder, green peas, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Allow it to simmer.
- Coconut vegetable gravy is ready. Serve hot with bread, rice, chapathi, etc
