- Turnip(Seemamullangi) - 225 g

- Brown sauce - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing colcannon, wash, peel and boil the potatoes. Mash the potatoes and keep it aside.
- Wash and peel the carrots and turnip. Cut into pieces and cook it till tender. Mash until smooth.
- Stir all the ingredients together until they are thoroughly heated.
- Mix in the brown sauce, salt and pepper powder.
- Colcannon is ready. Serve with lamb.
