  1. Chop all vegetables
  2. Grind coriander and mint with funnel seed and cloves, cardamom, cinnamon
  3. In pan add oil and ghee and temper bay leaf
  4. Now add onions and ginger garlic paste and saute well
  5. Now add grind paste and saute well till oil comes out
  6. Now add tomato and all powder and saute well
  7. Now add capsicum and cook for 5 mins till gravy cook
  8. Now add curd and cook for few mins and required water
  9. When water boils and rice and cook for 5 mins in high flame
  10. Then close lid cook for 10 mins in low flame and turn off and fluff rice with fork or knife
  11. Serve hot Capsicum Biriyani is ready
