Cooked Rice Peanut Fritters
This is a simple and easy recipe. when i have left rice , i tried this recipe and my kids enjoy this as an eveing snack

  • Cooked rice – 1cup
  • Rice flour – 2tblsp
  • Peanut( coarsely) – 2tblsp
  • Curry leaves(little) –
  • Green chili – 2chopped
  • Salt(as taste) –
  • Oil(for frying) –
  1. In a bowl take mashed cook rice
  2. Add other ingredients mix well
  3. Make small fritters shape and keep aside
  4. Heat oil and deep fry and drain out
