Ingredients
  • Watermelon : 3 cups –
  • Onion : ¾ cup –
  • Lime juice : 2 tsp –
  • Cheese : ¾ cup –
  • Fresh mint : 1 cup –
Instructions
  1. Cut the watermelon into thin pieces and remove the seeds.
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice.
  3. Thinly slice the onion and immerse in the lime juice for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl add the watermelon and the lime soaked onions, add the grated cheese.
  5. Add the mint leaves.
  6. Toss it and serve.
