Ingredients
- Cottage cheese cubes(Paneer) - 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves(washed) - 3 bunches
- Onion(chopped) - 3 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Green chillies(chopped) - 5 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek powder(Uluva) - 2 pinch
- Cumin powder(roasted) - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing coriander paneer, blend the coriander leaves to a fine paste with a little water. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a vessel and fry the paneer cubes until light brown.
- Drain the fried paneer cubes and keep it aside.
- In the same oil, saute onions and green chillies along with salt.
- Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, fenugreek powder, cumin powder and garam masala.
- Fry for 2 minutes and pour in the coriander paste.
- Add little water and allow it to simmer on low flame.
- Toss in the fried paneer cubes and allow it to simmer on low flame till the gravy thickens.
- Coriander paneer is ready. Serve hot with chapatti or plain rice.
