Instructions
- Blend the cooked coriander leaves along with the remaining water.
- Boil the coriander puree with 1 cup of water in a vessel.
- Mix corn flour in a 1/2 cup water.
- Pour it into the soup mixture stirring continuously avoiding lumps. Allow it boil for a minute.
- Add salt, sugar and pepper powder. Allow it to boil for 1 minute.
- Coriander soup is ready. Serve cream just before serving.
