Ingredients
Coriander leaves(washed and chopped) –

cups
Sugar

Corn flour –
1/2
tbsp
Cream

Pepper powder

Coconut
milk

1/2
cup
Water
(As reqd) –
Salt
(As reqd) –
Instructions
For preparing coriander soup, cook the coriander leaves in
salt
water
for 2 minutes. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
Blend the cooked coriander leaves along with the remaining
water
.
Boil the coriander puree with 1 cup of
water
in a vessel.
Mix corn flour in a 1/2 cup
water
.
Pour it into the soup mixture stirring continuously avoiding lumps. Allow it boil for a minute.
Add
salt
,
sugar
and
pepper powder
. Allow it to boil for 1 minute.
Pour the
coconut
milk
and allow it to simmer for 1 minute.
Coriander soup is ready. Serve
cream
just before serving.
