Corn Capsicum Egg Fried Rice

  • Corn – 1/2cup
  • Capsicum( both color) – 1/4cup
  • Egg 2
  • Cooked rice /left over rice – 1cup
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Pepper – 1tsp
  • Vinegar – 1tsp
  • Soy sauce – 1tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1tsp
  • Onion 1chopped
  1. In pan add oil and add onion and ginger garlic saute well
  2. Now add capsicum and corn saute well
  3. Now add eggs and cook well till its scramble
  4. Now add salt and soy sauce and pepper and mix well
  5. Now add rice and mix well
  6. Now add vinegar and mix well and turn off
