Corn Dosa
Corn Dosa is a popular South Indian Breakfast Recipe made with corn and rice flour. These are crispy and tasty dosas made in few minutes.This could be a best alternative to serve kids in a healthy move. The corn is ground up with spices and moong dal and made to a batter. This batter is garnished with coriander leafs or kasturi methi up to our tastes and made to dosa.

Ingredients
  • corn 1 cup –
  • onion 1 –
  • green chili 1 –
  • ginger 1 bit –
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • mong dal (soaked) 1/2cup –
  • Salt to taste –
  • rice flour 2tbsp –
Instructions
  1. in a mixer add corn and soaked moong dal . soak for 1/2 hr
  2. add onion, green chili, ginger, garlic
  3. run to a coarse paste
  4. to this batter add rice flour ,salt and coriander leaves
  5. pour this batter to tawa and prepare dosa,cook both sides and serve
