- Corn flour - 1 cup
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Baby Corn(finely chopped)) - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 3 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Sugar(powdered) - 4 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Hot water(As reqd) -
- Ghee(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing corn flour veggie paratha, in a bowl knead in corn flour, maida, grated carrot, baby corn, green chillies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, sugar, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and required hot water.
- Make rolls out of the dough in shapes of parathas.
- Heat a frying pan and fry the paratha on both the sides. Drizzle a little ghee on both sides of the paratha.
- Corn flour veggie parathas are ready. Serve hot.
