Ingredients
- Cottage cheese(fried in oil, Paneer cubes) - 450 g
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 400 g
- Green chilly(finely chopped) - 1 no
- garlic( crushed) - 2 cloves
- Ginger( grated) - 1 inch
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Black peppercorns - 1/4 tsp
- Green cardamom pods - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds(powdered) - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing cottage cheese curry, heat oil in a large pan and fry the cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cardamom pods and turmeric for 3 minutes on low flame.
- Saute the onion for 5 minutes until golden.
- Add in the powdered cumin, coriander powder and garam masala. Saute for further 2 minutes.
- Add in the tomatoes and salt. Mix well and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss in the fried paneer and mix well. Cover and allow it to simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
- Cottage cheese curry is ready. Serve naan, parathas or chapattis.
