  • Raw Rice(soaked for 8 hours) - 3 cups
  • Split Bengal gram(soaked for 8 hours, Urunnu parippu) - 1/2 cup
  • Cooked rice - 1 cup
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring

Instructions
  1. For preparing cottage cheese(paneer) dosa, shred the paneer and keep it aside.
  2. Grind the split bengal gram, raw rice and cooked rice to a fine paste adding required water to make a dosa batter consistency. Put it into a bowl.
  3. Add in salt, onion, curry leaves, green chillies and paneer. Mix it well.
  4. Heat a dosa frying pan and spread a tea spoon of oil. Pour in a spoonful of the paneer batter on the frying pan and spread it in circles.
  5. Drizzle oil to the edges of the dosa. Turn the dosa and cook on the other side.
  6. Cottage cheese(paneer) dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with matar paneer, chicken curry, etc.
