- Cottage cheese(cubed, Paneer) - 300 g
- Capsicum(cubed) - 1 no
- Spring onion(chopped) - 1 spring
- Onion(finely cubed) - 1 no
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

- For preparing cottage cheese(Paneer) fry, take a bowl and marinate the paneer cubes with a mixture of ajinomoto and corn flour for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the marinated paneer on medium flame till it becomes brown in colour. Keep it aside.
- In a pan heat the remaining oil.
- Add in the cubed capsicum, spring onions, fried paneer, soy sauce, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix it for 3 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with curry leaves and remove it from flame.
- Cottage cheese(Paneer) fry is ready. Serve hot.
