Ingredients
- Cottage cheese(fried in oil, Paneer) - 450 gms
- Lime leaves - 4 nos
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Green curry paste(it is a thai masala by grinding together lemon grass, green chillies, shallots, cumin seeds, etc) - 2 tbsp
- Lemon grass stalk(chopped) - 1 no
- Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup
- basil leaves - 5 nos
- Bay leaf - 1 no
- Green chillies(pounded) - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 spring
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing paneer in green gravy, heat oil in a vessel.
- Add in the green curry paste and sautT it till a nice smell comes.
- Then add fried paneer, bay leaf, lime leaves and lemon grass.
- Stir in the soya sauce, pounded green chillies and basil leaves.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
- Paneer in green gravy is ready. Serve hot.
