- Cottage cheese(big cubed, Paneer) - 300 g
- Curd - 300 g
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Gram flour - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(powdered, Jeerakam) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing paneer tikka, take a bowl and mix in curd, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt.
- Marinate the paneer in the above paste for 4 hours.
- Pierce the marinated paneer on a rod and grill it.
- Cottage cheese(paneer) tikka is ready. Serve with chutney.
