Ingredients
- Crab - 1 kg
- Ginger - 2 inch
- garlic - 8 pods
- Tomato(2 for puree and one for sauting) - 3
- Coriander(as needed) -
- Onion - 1
- Curry leaves(as needed) -
- Red chillies - 2
- Fennel seeds - ½ ts
- Cinnamon - 2
- Salt as needed -
- Pepper powder(as needed) -

Instructions
- Thoroughly clean the crabs
- Grind coconut nicely and keep it aside
- Grind the tomatoes. It should be smooth
- Chop onion, tomato, coriander. Keep the red chillies and curry leaves along with it.
- Take the fennel and cinnamon and keep it aside
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fennel and cinnamon for about a minute
- Add the chopped onion and sauté
- Add the red chillies and fry for a minute. Then add the ginger garlic paste and sauté.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté till the tomato is cooked and it looses the shape
- Add the tomato puree and fry
- Once the puree is cooked well, add the crab and mix it well
- Add the chilli and coriander powder.
- Add little water and mix it well and let it cook.
- For the final touch sprinkle pepper powder, mix it well and cook for 3 to 5 minutes and remove from flame.
- Serve hot with rice
