Cream Of Mushroom Restaurant Style
Mushroom pieces cooked with corn flour, onion, butter, milk and other ingredients

  • Mushroom(chopped) – 125g
  • Corn flour – 1/2tbsp
  • Onion(chopped) – 1no
  • Butter – 1/2tbsp
  • Milk 2tbsp
  • Water 1cup
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing cream of mushroom, first cook all the ingredients together: mushroom, corn flour, onion, butter, milk, water, pepper and salt.
  2. Drain the liquid into another vessel. Remove only the mushroom pieces and smash it.
  3. Put the pureed mushroom back into the liquid and cook for 3 more minutes.
  4. Cream of mushroom is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
