Creamy Potatoes
Boiled potatoes with cream, mayonnaise and other ingredients

  • Potatoes(small) – 8nos
  • Mayonnaise – 2tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2tbsp
  • Thyme leaves(finely chopped) – 1spring
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) – 1spring
  • Lime juice – 1tbsp
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing creamy potatoes, wash the potatoes with the skin well.
  2. Pressure cook it with salt water for 7 whistles and then drain the water.
  3. Put the potatoes in cold water, then peel the skin and chop it in cubes. Keep it aside.
  4. In a bowl mix in mayonnaise, cream, thyme leaves, coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and lime juice.
  5. Toss in the cooked potatoes and mix it to combine evenly.
  6. Creamy potatoes are ready. Serve as a salad.
