Ingredients
  • vermicelli 1 cup –
  • ooty mirchi 2 no. –
  • aloo 3 no. –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • green chili 2 no. –
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp –
  • Garam masala : 1/2 tsp –
  • Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp –
  • bread crumbs 3 slice –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Coriander leaves : 2 tsp –
  • Maida : 2 tsp –
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp –
  • Oil to fry –
Instructions
  1. par boil the vemiceli
  2. chop the onion and green chili
  3. boil the aloo and smash it
  4. in a bowl add aloo, onion, green chili, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, vermiceli and coriander leaves and mix well
  5. make ready of bread crumbs
  6. in a bowl add maida, corn flour and little water and make as a batter
  7. clean and divide the mirchi but dont the the edge
  8. stuff the vermiceli mixture
  9. dip in maida batter
  10. and spread the bread crumbs
  11. heat the oil and fry it until it get crispy
  12. now crispy semiya mirchi is ready
