Ingredients
For Marination :
Fish Boneless : 1/2 K gm –
Mustard Paste : 1/2 Tsp –
White Pepper : 1/2 Tsp –
Black Pepper : 1/2 Tsp –
Salt
: 1/2 tsp –
FOR BATTER :
Plain Flour : 1/2 Cup –
Oil
: 2 tsp –
Baking Powder
: 1/2 tsp –
Salt
: 1/2 tsp –
Ice Cold
Water
:As Required –
Instructions
Marinate the fish with mustard paste , white pepper , black pepper &
salt
.
Keep this for half an hour.
After marinating, prepare the batter.
Dip the fish into the batter and shallow fry the fish till it’s color become golden-brownish.
Now enjoy the CRISPY FRY FISH with ketchup or any sauce.
