- Ladies fingers(cut finely in lengthwise) - 1/2 kg
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 75 g
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Paprika - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing crispy ladies fingers, in a bowl mix in maida, paprika, corn flour, baking powder, garam masala, pepper powder and salt.
- Toss in the ladies fingers and mix it well.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the ladies fingers on low flame till it becomes crispy.
- Crispy ladies fingers are ready. Serve hot.
