Ingredients
- Squid(cleaned and cut into strips) - 1/2 kg
- All pourpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Paprikka - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As redq) -
For the Sauce:
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Rosemary(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 4 tbsp
- Carrot(peeled and grated) - 1 no
- Salt(If reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing crispy squid with dipping sauce, in a bowl mix in maida, paprika, pepper powder and salt.
- Toss in the squid strips and mix it well.
- Meanwhile in another bowl mix in mayonnaise, chopped rosemary, pepper powder, lime juice, carrot and salt. Keep it aside.
