Ingredients
- Cucumber(finely cubed, Kakiri) - 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- garlic(crushed) - 2 cloves
- Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 3 tsp
- Shallots(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 3 nos
- White wine vinegar - 150 ml
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing cucumber side dish, blend together garlic, fennel seeds, shallots, sugar and salt to a fine paste.
- Add in vinegar, pepper powder and cucumber. Mix well.
- Keep it in the fridge over night.
- Cucumber side dish is ready.
