Curd Semiya
This is a tasty dish that is prepared with curd and vermicelli. Curd semiya is a great alternative to curd rice. This is best served dinners and parties. This has many variations of preparing it. Here we have used fruit and vegetables to it. We may also add dry fruits and nuts to give a richer taste.

  • cooked semiya 1 bowl(300gms appx) –
  • curd 100ml –
  • salt to taste green chilli 1 chop –
  • pomegranate seeds 5 tsps –
  • cucumber chops 5 tsp –
  • grated carrot 5 tsp –
  • mustard 1 sp –
  • chana dal, urad dal 1sp –
  • curry and coriander leaf few –
  1. take cooked vermicelli or semiya
  2. add curd and salt to it
  3. to it add pomegranate and cucumbers
  4. add grated carrots
  5. in oil temper some mustard , channa dal, urad dal, green chilli, curry leafs , and coriander leafs and add to the semiya and serve.
