Dates Bonda
Dates Bonda is an easy and also a simple snack prepared during the time of Iftar. Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals. It is a very healthy snack too.

  • Dates(remove the seeds ) – 15
  • Maida flour – 1/4cup
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water as required –
  • Oil for frying –
  1. In a bowl, add dates, maida flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients with required water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,fry each dates along with batter.Make sure dates are coated with batter. Dates Bonda is ready. Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
