  • Dates 500g
  • Sugar 200g
  • Almonds(flaked) –
  • Pistachios(chopped) –
  • Ghee 200g
  1. For preparing dates halwa, boil dates in water till it becomes mushy and the remove it from the flame.
  2. Once it cools, blend it till smooth.
  3. Heat ghee in a vessel and fry the ground dates with sugar till it becomes thick.
  4. Put it in a bowl and allow it to cool.
  5. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
  6. Dates halwa is ready.
