Instructions
- Then mix in the cashew nuts and raisins.
- Heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of the batter. Make it in the shape of a dosa.
- Put a few drops of ghee on top. Fry on medium flame till the dosa is completely cooked and golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat it with remaining batter.
- Dates pancakes are ready. Serve hot as an evening snack or breakfast for kids.
