  • garlic(grated) - 3 cloves
  • Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs

  • Lime juice - 1/2 lime
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing deep fried beef, in a bowl mix in curd, salt, pepper powder, garlic, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  2. Toss in the beef pieces and mix it well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the marinated beef on low flame pieces till it is done.
  4. Deep fried beef is ready. Garnish with lime juice and serve immediately.
