- Dried shrimps - 1/2 cup
- Dry red chillies - 3 nos
- Jaggery(melted, Sharkara) - 1 tbsp
- Tamarind juice - 4 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing deep fried shrimps chutney, remove the head of the shrimps.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the shrimps on low flame till it becomes golden brown in colour. Remove it and keep it aside to cool.
- Grind the deep fried prawns and dry red chillies into a fine powder.
- Add this above powder in a bowl.
- Deep fried shrimps chutney is ready. Serve as a side dish.
