Ingredients
- Squid(cleaned and cut into rings) - 1/2 kg
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Corn flour - 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Chilled soda - 3/4 cup
- Egg whites - 4 nos
- Spring onions(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- garlic(grated) - 3 cloves
- Dry red chillies(flaked) - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Lime juice - 1/2 lime
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- In another bowl mix in maida, corn flour, spring onions, dry red chillies, garlic, coriander leaves, salt and pepper powder.
- Slowly pour in soda and beat it slowly.
- Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Garnish with lime juice.
- Deep fried squid is ready. Serve immediately.
