  1. Marinate the beef with all the dry masala and garlic ginger paste. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the beef in the pressure cooker 10 whistles with one glass water.
  3. Fry the sliced onions till soft, add the curry leaves and the cooked beef.
  4. Dry out all the excess water. (You can remove the beef and dry out the water so that the masala paste is left.)
  5. When it is dry add the cooked beef pieces and the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice / kerala paratha.
