Bread with semolina, curd and other ingredients are ground to make a thick batter

- Bread slices - 4 nos
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Semolina(Rava) - 1/2 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Split Black gram(Uzhunnu parippu) - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Ginger(cut into small pieces) - 1/2 tsp
- Onion(finely cubed) - 1 no
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind the soaked bread with rice flour, green chillies, semolina, curd and salt(add water if required).
- Heat oil in a vessel. Splutter mustard seeds, split black gram, curry leaves and ginger.
- Saute in the onion till it becomes light brown in colour. Put this to the above batter and mix well.
- Heat a dosa frying pan and pour a ladle of the batter. Move it in circular motions to get a round shape.
- Drizzle a little oil on the sides of the dosa. Fry it on both the sides till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Repeat the procedure with the remaining batter.
- Delicious bread dosa is ready. Serve hot with any chutney or any curry.
