Instructions
For preparing delicious kidney bean curry, soak the
kidney beans
overnight.
Drain the beans and allow it to cook in a pressure cooker with required
salt
water
.
Heat
oil
in a large pan and saute the
cumin seeds
until they splutter.
Saute
onion
, green chilly,
garlic
and
ginger
.
Stir in the curry paste, cumin,
coriander powder
, chilly powder and
salt
. Allow it to cook for some time.
Add in the tomatoes and cook it on low flame.
Toss in the cooked
kidney beans
and allow it to cook for 20 minutes on low flame with required
water
.(add
salt
if required)
Garnish with the coriander leaves and put off the flame.
Delicious kidney bean curry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, parota, etc.
