Instructions
- Take the custard powder and add a little milk to make a thick paste avoiding lumps. Keep it aside.
- Add the dissolved agar-agar to the custard and boil again for 2 minutes.
- Filter the mixture and let it cool slightly.
- Add half the pistachios to this custard mixture and mix well.
- Pour this mixture to the serving cups and freeze it till firm.
- Pour the caramel over the set custard and garnish with almonds on top.
- Delicious pistachio custard is ready. Serve immediately.
