Ingredients
- Basmathi rice(cooked) - 5 cups
- Pork(cleaned, chopped and half cooked in salt water) - 3 cups
- Beans(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Shallots(finely cubed) - 5 cups
- Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(finely cubed) - 1 no
- Steak sauce - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing delicious pork fried rice, heat oil in frying pan.
- Add in the cooked pork, shallots, corn, peas, beans and carrots. Stir in low heat until done.
- Toss in the rice and cook for 5 minutes stirring it in intervals.
- Pour in steak sauce and stir it.
- Delicious pork fried rice is ready. Serve hot.
