- Prawns(cooked) - 600 g
- Potatoes(boiled and mashed) - 3 nos
- Onions(finely chopped) - 4 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 10 nos
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) -
- Egg - 2 nos
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Oil(As reqd) -

- For preparing delicious prawn cutlets, grind the cooked prawns in a blender. 2)In a bowl mix all the ingredients: ground prawns, mashed potato, onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, chilly powder, garam masala, vinegar and required salt. 3)Beat the eggs in a bowl and keep it aside.
- Shape the prawn mixture into cutlets and dip it in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in oil on low flame.
- Delicious prawn cutlets are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
