- Prawns(de-veined, cleaned and pat dried) - 1 kg
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 4 tbsp
- Egg whites - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 2 1/2 tbsp
- Egg - 2 nos
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing delicious prawn fritters, marinate the prawns in a mixture of egg white, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder and salt. Mix well and chill it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl mix in the remaining chilly powder, curry leaves, baking powder, water, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, pepper powder, corn flour, maida, egg yolks and required salt. Make it into a smooth batter.
- Delicious prawn fritters are ready. Serve hot as snacks.
